Discover the Teri La Pass Trek, one of Nepal's most remote and challenging Himalayan adventures. Cross the 5,595m Teri La Pass, explore the hidden Nar Phu Valley, experience authentic Tibetan culture, and trek into the mystical landscapes of Upper Mustang.
The Teri La Pass Trek is one of Nepal's most challenging and rewarding wilderness trekking adventures. Situated in the remote trans-Himalayan region between the Nar Phu Valley and the mystical land of Upper Mustang, this extraordinary trek crosses the high-altitude Teri La Pass (5,595 m / 18,356 ft). The route offers an unparalleled combination of dramatic mountain landscapes, ancient Tibetan culture, hidden valleys, and genuine off-the-beaten-path exploration.
Unlike popular trekking routes such as Everest Base Camp or Annapurna Circuit, the Teri La Pass Trek remains largely untouched by mass tourism. It is an ideal choice for experienced trekkers seeking solitude, adventure, and authentic Himalayan experiences.
